Shipping Policy

  5. Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once the shipment has been created.
  6. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. For pre-order items, shipping dates will be communicated in the product description and your confirmation email.

  7. Delivery Issues: NEEtT is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS but not received, delayed shipments, or undeliverable addresses. For such issues, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
